Nutrition and dental health tips from Dr. Doug Graham

This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni Renegade Roundtable. In this excerpt, Dr. Doug Graham shares some surprising facts about nutrition, dental health and disease. Dr. Doug Graham is a lifelong athlete and 27 years old raw foods. He is a senior advisor performance such as tennis legend Martina Navratilova. It is also the author of lifestyle 80/10/10. Kevin Large. I wanted to talk to you about dental care, because large numbers of people involved in the detailed commodity teeth problems that may arise. What are some of the challenges facing people? What are some of the things that has made the kind of help reverse some of them? Dr. Graham: dental care, which is an interesting thing. Long ago, people asked me to write about the diseases. I said, “You know, I really do not write about the diseases, because diseases are virtually the same. At the end of the matter, the body does not produce symptoms.” Every single disease, there are thousands and thousands of human health conditions. I think it’s the same with the teeth. Oral hygiene and oral health is again only one small aspect. It would be a shame if we say that in the world, the people, “Look, we have on this diet. It’s the best diet in the world for everyone, but it’s really terrible for teeth.” Well, that would not work. It prepares the food is really wonderful for our teeth. And obviously, but it must be said, because anyone who has been in a dentist’s office found that eating a dentist offices around the world are full of cooked food. So we can not look at the raw food and say, “Raw food is bad for teeth, look what happened there,” because doing the equivalent of preparing a meal can be seen. Many people are to me and said:” I went raw four years ago. I stayed with the shampoo. I stayed with deodorant. I stopped with a toothpaste. No animal teeth clean. This idea that we live without washing, and not simply unfounded. Cleanliness is next to godliness, as the old proverb says. Cleanliness is certainly an important part of health and hygiene for human beings. We must take care of ourselves.
