This book is beautiful to the eye, even if you did not read. Full details and history of many herbs, including the mix of resources. My only complaint is that few Chinese herbs are included, and the names are given only in pinyin () No Chinese characters. Rating: 4 / 5
I like the book. It shows the media that the plant can be for all the problems remain: headache, menstrual cramps, fatigue, diarrhea, whatever. And it shows how to make the resources at home. Buy, is a very good book! Rating: 5 / 5
